Refund policy
We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. However if you wish to return your purchase for a refund there is 20% re-stocking fee. All packaging must be un opened and unused. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

IF YOU ARE NOT A STUDENT OR SPA PROFESSIONAL WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF RETURN for issues with product performance or liking. Once the product packaging is opened it could no longer be returned. NO Returns on wholesale orders.
